9. Termination We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, without notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in behavior that is harmful to the Platform or other users. You may also terminate your account at any time by notifying us.
10. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, Viventis shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to lost opportunities, data, or profits.
11. Indemnification You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Viventis, its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.
12. Governing Law These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Republik Indonesia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Republik Indonesia.
