• Formulate commercial strategies grounded in data analysis of sales performance, channel performance, and market trends to drive optimal growth.
  • Develop an integrated omnichannel strategy connecting online (website & marketplace), offline stores, and consignment channels by understanding the full customer journey.
  • Manage and optimize all distribution channels to ensure operational efficiency and achievement of sales targets.
  • Identify market opportunities and drive business innovation, such as developing new revenue streams, loyalty programs, or relevant new distribution models.
  • Develop adaptive, data‑driven pricing and promotional strategies to boost conversions and enhance margin.
  • Lead the channel teams (sales, marketplace, DTC, offline) using a collaborative, delegative, and team‑development focused approach.
  • Coordinate cross‑functionally with marketing, product, and supply chain teams to ensure that commercial execution aligns with brand and product strategies.
  • Oversee external relationships with strategic partners such as marketplace platforms, distributors, and third parties for negotiation and collaboration.
  • Monitor performance in real time and execute rapid optimizations based on data and evolving market conditions.
  • Manage campaign and promotion execution in alignment with the brand calendar, product availability, and changing market demand.
